Here at Max Platt Ford Lincoln we consider you like family and wanted to give you an update on how seriously we are taking the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) and the importance of your health and safely and that of our employees. We are following the recommendations set forth by the CDC and World Health Organization in terms of cleaning our dealership, extra attention to hand washing and sanitizing work spaces and staying home and away from others in the event one feels ill or has a family member who is or has recently been sick.

In our Service department we are also implementing some new standards in an attempt to limit face to face contact and your need to spend time waiting in our customer area. Starting immediately we will pick up, perform your desired service and deliver back to you any customer vehicle living within a 25 mile radius of the dealership. Before and after your service we will also clean and sanitize all touch points along with your keys which will be delivered back to you sanitized and bagged. Payments may be made over the phone via credit card at the conclusion of your service appointment and appointments may be scheduled by using the Ford Pass App or calling keeping the process quick and easy.

The sales team will be adapting as well. We are happy to accommodate you in your search for your next vehicle in a way that is the most comfortable, health conscience and convenient for you. We can conduct the business of car shopping and buying completely online or over the phone; start the financing process with our online credit application and we will even bring the car, truck or SUV to you to look at and will deliver directly to you at the completion of the sale*. *some restrictions will apply in terms of distance from the dealership but we will do our absolute best to meet your needs.
